REPORTS AND PUBLICATIONS
We use studies and comprehensive facility management plans, sometimes referred to as Master Plans, to determine and schedule City projects. Click on the links below to view our available documents.
- The City of El Segundo Public Review Draft of the 2025 Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP) is available below. Published every five years, the UWMP details the City’s long-term plans for ensuring a dependable water supply and effective resource strategies. Members of the public are encouraged to review the Draft UWMP and provide public comment to the City contact listed below. The public comment period will be 30-days from posting of the draft 2025 UWMP.
