Current Status: Application incomplete, preparation of an Environmental Impact Report
Project Details: A request to remove the property from the Smoky Hollow East specific plan and adopt a new specific plan (Grand & Kansas specific plan) and construct a new, 276-unit apartment developmental on a 3.617-acre parcel. Units will include a combination of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom. Additionally, a new 402 space parking structure will be built on the east side of the property, accessed via Washington Street. The project is bounded by Kansas to the west, Grand to the south, Washington to the east, and Holly to the north. Submitted applications include:
