The City has been advised by Metro of weekend extended freeway lane closures on the I-105 due to construction work for the I-105 ExpressLanes project.
Work will take place beginning Friday, Sept. 11 at 10 p.m. through Sunday, Sept.13 at 10 a.m.
Westbound I-105 from Wilmington Av to the I-110 connector
- Center lanes including the HOV and #1 lane will be closed on westbound I-105.
- Other westbound travel lanes will remain open to traffic.
- The Westbound Wilmington Av on-ramp will be closed. Please follow posted detour signage.
- Motorists are encouraged to used Imperial Hwy to Central Av to access I-105. The Vermont Av on-ramp will also be available as an alternate option for accessing I-105 from Imperial Hwy.
- A Metro C Line bus bridge will be in place from Sept. 4 at 4 a.m. to Sunday, Sept. 13 at 9 a.m. from the Willowbrook/ Rosa Park Station to the Harbor Fwy Station, with the Avalon Station closed.
