The City has been advised by Metro of upcoming weekend extended lanes closures on the I-105 due to construction work for the I-105 ExpressLanes project.
Work will take place beginning Friday, March 27 at 11 p.m. to Sunday, March 29 at 3 a.m.
- Two freeway lanes will be closed on westbound I-105 near Western Avenue for
approximately half a mile. This includes the center inside lanes involving the HOV lane and one general
purpose lane.
- Three lanes of traffic will remain open along westbound I-105.
- Metro C Line bus bridge will occur on Saturday, March 28, throughout the entire day between the
Vermont/Athens and Hawthorne/Lennox C Line Stations.
