Celebrate Juneteenth with an evening of community, culture, and fun at our Juneteenth Sunset Celebration in the Park! Join us on Friday, June 19, from 5:00 PM–8:00 PM at the Recreation Park Fire Circle for live music, live performers, kids’ activities, and more as we come together to honor Juneteenth.

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS

• Music by DJ Ro and performances by ESHS alum S'naii Lapierre, El Segundo Poet Laureate Kweku Abimbola, Voices from the Past live Harriet Tubman tribute by Toni Malone, saxophonist Tobias Moody, praise dance by Rev. Josiah Jones, sound bath by La Ruth Wright
• Subway sandwiches available for sale or bring your own picnic
• Bounce house, photo booth, hair-braiding, drum circle, bracelet-making, s'mores and more!
• Free, family-friendly fun
