The Saving Hearts Foundation is hosting a free community heart screening at Da Vinci Schools in El Segundo (201 N Douglas St., El Segundo, CA 90245).

Ages 12-35 will receive a free, painless electrocardiogram (EKG) from trained volunteers and an onsite cardiologist consultation to detect for heart abnormalities. The goal is to prevent sudden cardiac arrest, a life-threatening condition disproportionately targeting student athletes and youth, through free screenings.

Pre-registration is encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome!
